		<description>Good advice.  I&#039;ve always made it a practice to never purchase an extended warranty.  Especially with something like an electronic item.  Chances are, even if you&#039;re in a situation where the extended warranty would kick in, you might be far enough down the road that you&#039;d rather replace it anyhow.  I&#039;ve seen a lot of hardware over the years.  And it&#039;s been my experience that if a piece of hardware is gonna fail, it usually happen within a year anyhow.
